STRUCTURED LEARNING JOURNEY
PHASE 1
Team Formation & Role Distribution
Students form teams simulating real-world racing groups with technical, design, management, and presentation roles.
PHASE 2
Understanding Core Concepts
Introduction to aerodynamics, drag, lift, and car functionality with real-world examples and safety protocols.
PHASE 3
Design Tools & Software Training
Hands-on training in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and simulation tools for CAD applied to car components.
PHASE 4
Designing & Iteration Sessions
Guided sessions to design front wing, rear wing, body, and wheels with iterative mentor feedback.
PHASE 5
Manufacturing & Assembly
Practical fabrication using CNC machining and 3D printing, with quality checks and functional testing.
PHASE 6
Competition Preparedness
Simulation of competition scenarios including design reviews, testing, presentations, and scoring criteria.
